Larry Hryb, better known as Major Nelson, the Director of Programming for Xbox Live has a deal for those of you eagerly waiting for Elder Scrolls V Skyrim.
Everyone will have to wait until the E3 Expo in Los Angeles, a couple of weeks from today, for more information on the upcoming RPG. However, if you haven’t played the downloadable content for Fallout 3 and Elder Scrolls Oblivion, it is on sale this week on Xbox Live.
Both expansion packs for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion are on sale for half price. Shivering Isles is marked down to 1200 Microsoft points and the Knights of Nine is on sale for 400 Microsoft points. The horse armor pack is also discounted to just 100 Microsoft points.
Fallout 3 has a total of five expansion packs and three of those are on sale. Operation: Achorage, Broken Steel and Mothership Zeta are each on sale for 400 Microsoft points which is equivalent to $5. There is also a sale on a couple of items for your Avatar. The male and female Vault Suit is on sale for 120 Microsoft points and the male and female Vault Boy head is discounted to 80 Microsoft points.
It would be nice to see some Fallout: New Vegas and other Bethesda DLC discounted, these are a couple of great deals that should not be missed. These deals are only for paying, Xbox Live Gold members and in the unlikely event you have not played Halo Reach, a demo is now available for download.
